Drone Pilot
Location: Petaling Jaya
Type: Full-Time
Starke Marine is seeking a skilled Drone Pilot to join our offshore operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drones to capture high-quality aerial footage and images of offshore projects, ensuring safety, precision, and compliance with industry regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate drones for aerial inspections, surveys, and filming in offshore environments.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of drones in challenging weather conditions and remote locations.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify key areas for drone surveillance and data collection.
- Capture and record high-resolution images and video footage for project documentation and reporting.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of drone equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Comply with all relevant aviation and safety regulations during operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a drone pilot, with expertise in offshore or marine environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drone operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in remote, offshore locations under varying weather conditions.
- Familiarity with drone software and image/video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant drone pilot certifications (e.g., Part 107 or equivalent).
